I’m a licensed counselor in Colorado and Wyoming specializing in addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma processing with all ages. I use a person-centered approach with my clients, and my therapeutic orientations include CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. I consider myself a “fellow traveler” with my clients as we walk through challenges and difficult moments together, to promote client self-awareness and growth.
