Immediate openings! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I offer services for individuals, couples, family therapy, and teenagers. I work with Omni Mental Health Services, and recently located to Rochester, MN. I offer both telehealth and in person services. I use a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which allows me to assist in mental health issues including: Anxiety, Depression, BPD, Substance Abuse, life adjustments, occupational issues, and generalized stress.
