My goal is to offer a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can exhale and feel truly seen. I believe healing happens in a trusting relationship, so we’ll move at your pace, focusing on what helps you feel grounded, supported, and empowered. You don’t have to face everything alone—I’m here to walk with you. I work with mainly young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or just life stressors. I specialize in those who have been through trauma, joining them on their joinery of healing and processing.
