I offer compassionate, empathetic support during life’s most challenging moments. With 9 years of hospice experience, I’ve helped individuals and families navigate terminal illness, end-of-life concerns, caregiver burnout, anxiety, depression, and life’s everyday ups and downs. In our first session, you’ll have a safe space to share your story and ensure we’re a good fit. I use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to create a personalized, holistic plan and meet you exactly where you are with understanding and guidance. Our first session is your space to share whatever feels important to you. I’ll be there to listen, learn about your experiences, and begin to understand your story. It’s also a chance for both of us to get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. Feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful is essential.
