Hi! I’m a neurodiversity affirming therapist who enjoys helping individuals (teens & adults) better understand their own neurodivergence & how to work with it rather than against it. I help my clients create a life that they enjoy; one that works for them. In my sessions, I use talk therapy, art therapy, or EMDR plus creativity, humor & kindness to help clients meet their goals. Clients often reach out when feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious or depressed and together, we can create a successful plan to get you feeling better.
