I believe what contributes to my attunement with my clients is my genuine respect for who they are as individuals, my curiosity about and willingness to be affected by their life stories, and my focus on identifying their resiliencies. I strive to be a highly engaged therapist and maintain knowledge of current, evidence-based approaches. I have practiced across a spectrum of settings. This, along with my own life experiences that led to an appreciation for the complexity of being human, and my attunement with my clients are what I believe to be at the core of my effectiveness. Currently my work focuses on adults dealing with complex trauma, attachment wounding, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I am a Qualified Supervisor with the Florida Department of Health for Registered Interns.
