I meet clients where they are, providing integrative psychotherapy to best meet each individual’s needs. My approach is collaborative, attachment- and strengths-based, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic. I treat a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, relationship/family issues, stress, and low self-esteem. My training in internal family systems, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and mindfulness are integrated into my work.
