I help older teens and adults reprocess and distance the pains of past hurts and traumas. Clients who engage in therapy with me are tired of big emotions jumbling up their life and are tired of memories stealing their precious moments of time. Clients are able to reprocess painful and traumatic memories and start living life again without the sting of those troubling memories. I provide Adjunct EMDR, Accelerated EMDR, and Intensive EMDR to clients through telehealth in North Dakota and in Nebraska. I also offer ESA Accommodation Letter Assessments.
