Have you experienced trauma that has left you feeling a lack of control, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or incapable of actively engaging with your environment? Therapy should assist you in regaining a sense of control and allow you to develop the skills to reengage with your environment in a positive and hopeful manner. My goal is to provide a safe space to process your thoughts and learn effective skills to work through the memories and images you may experience on a daily basis.
