Do you wonder why you can't focus, feel anxious, tired, bored or overwhelmed? You might be experiencing stress, have a trauma history, are isolated or just want someone to talk with. I would be happy to explore these issues with you and set up some goals to improve your life. Interventions like motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, trauma focused therapy, DBT and CBT are part of my tools I use to support my clients. I work with children, adolescents and adults. My clients present with problems around self-esteem, depression, relationship problems, anxiety, trauma, alcohol abuse, and ADHD and other childhood issues. I also complete mental health evaluations for immigration.
