I provide guidance, coaching, compassion, and understanding in a connected and safe space. I teach clients how to regulate emotions, tolerate distress in life, build supportive relationships, create a coping skills toolkit, and practice a nourishing self-care routine. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients through the journey of healing, self-love, clarity, and empowerment. I believe everyone has the capacity to problem-solve and achieve their goals. Clients will practice skills with homework between sessions. Clients will learn how to be mindful, how to replace negative thoughts, how to stop harmful behaviors, and how to listen to their body during therapy with me.
