Hi I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) based in Michigan. I received a Masters of Science in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and have been in practice for over 13 years. I am a solutions-oriented counseling professional dedicated to providing exceptional care and implementing effective treatment plans for adults, and children experiencing or exposed to mental health challenges. I have worked with a diverse client population in a one on one, tele-counseling and group settings. In our first session will review all necessary paperwork, do a brief introduction, discuss your concerns and the goals you would like to achieve from counseling. This will help me to develop a tailored plan for us to work on in follow up sessions. We will also discuss people of support and safety planning.
