I believe that solid, intimate relationships form the basis of a person's well-being and help us define who we are. Our earliest relationships provide the foundation for all others. We often choose partners based either on what we want to replicate or avoid in our families of origin. When problems develop in our closest relationships, we feel out of balance and symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, often occur. I help people understand and change patterns that they learned in old relationships that may be influencing their current ones.
