Hi there, and welcome! Finding the right therapist can be challenging, so I’ll address some common questions right off the bat: If you reach out to me, I will get back to you even if I am currently full so that you are not left waiting and wondering. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so that we can get a sense of each other and figure out if we want to work together. I do not take insurance, but I am happy to provide a superbill. My aim is to help you explore what it means to live well. Sometimes life’s stressors overwhelm our capacity to cope. This is normal, and most people experience this at some point in their lives.
