I specialize in marital and relationship counseling. I help couples make repair by supporting each person to be more authentic in their relationships. I have a unique style that is supportive in a way that is also direct and challenging. Couples learn how to move through difficult issues and expand their comfort zones. Through this process, couples achieve greater closeness with each other while maintaining their own identity. I focus on the present and how early patterns effect the relationship. The initial couples session allows the work of repair to begin. We will identify the essential problem and reduce emotional volatility to increase satisfying interactions. Couples/individuals will enhance their relationship, repair it, or end it with dignity.
