The foundation of my work centers on you becoming more of who you really are. My style of therapy is to listen and really understand what you are going through and gently support you through these difficulties. Often my clients report feeling empowered and over time experience more peace and joy in their lives. I have more than 15 years of experience working with women's issues including addiction, codependency, shame and trauma. I believe the ability to heal and grow is within everyone. I will work with you to move towards healing by listening, establish goals, processing difficult events and developing strategies to address the distressing symptoms.
