My ideal clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who feel stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns. They often struggle with anxiety, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, conflict in close relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by their own reactions. They want to understand why certain situations trigger panic, shutdown, anger, or avoidance, and how to respond differently without losing themselves. Their goal isn’t perfection, but steadier regulation, clearer communication, and relationships that feel safer and more sustainable.
