Many people are dealing with stressful situations and remnants of past trauma. The weight we carry from anxiety, depression and fear is oppressive. Our lives are busy and often demanding so much of us. We are tired. We are all looking for someone who will listen and help us to truly care for ourselves. The journey to understanding and living our best life is within our reach but we may not know the way. We know we need help and look for someone we can trust to light the way.
