I am a licensed therapist that works with clients to find the best version of themselves. My goal is for clients to make life more manageable. I work with individuals who are facing struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship and communication issues. I aim to help clients manage and cope more effectively to improve functioning and avoid burnout. I work along side of my clients on their journey to prioritizing their mental health.
