With over 20 years of experience as a holistic psychotherapist, I view every life as a sacred story that is open to interpretation, especially your own. In many ways, I consider myself a spiritual midwife of sorts, helping you emerge from difficult life transitions with more confidence, clarity, and compassion for yourself and others because, after all, we're only human. I take an intuitive, informed and sometimes playful approach to self discovery that respects each person's unique strengths, gifts, and situation.
