I have a master's degree in counseling with a master's certification in addiction to address substance abuse issues, and teach coping skills to manage daily life stressors. I'm trained in multiple disciplines such as CBT, DBT, and Attachment Styles to help with Trauma and other personal issues. Never lose hope. Life is a journey, start yours today!
