Welcome! I have spent the last 15 years working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, addiction and social isolation. Most of the people I’ve worked with have very old wounds and have tried everything to feel better prior to getting into therapy. If you find you have been using food, work, alcohol, drugs or relationships to get through the day and nothing is working, you don’t have to do this alone anymore. We will work together to get to the bottom of what is going on, make a plan to heal, and more importantly move toward lasting self-understand, self-acceptance and self-love.
