I believe everyone possesses an innate "healing intelligence" within them, guiding them toward growth and wholeness. My role as licensed professional counselor is to offer a compassionate, safe space where children, adolescents, and adults can tap into that intelligence and honor their unique journey. My work is firmly rooted in relational neuroscience and attachment theory, providing a strong framework for understanding how our brains and relationships shape our experiences.
