I love making a real connection in sessions, and creating space for laughter, tears, playfulness, frustration – however you feel in that moment is how I’d like to invite you to be. A time to put down the masks we wear around others and find a place of comfort and growth that is, most importantly, free from judgment or stigma. I’m flexible in my therapeutic approach and listen carefully when you tell me what you need – from a place to privately vent and process life’s stressors, to professional insight regarding areas of distress, to concrete, actionable skills and plans to address your concerns.
