I generally work with adults, ages 18+, struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, fear, trauma, faith deconstruction, and self confidence. In summary, I am passionate about helping others truly know their true goodness and uniqueness as a human. I am very compassionate, consistent, discerning, and at the same time offer a sense of humor to the arduous work of getting freed from past trauma, pain, or attachment wounds that hinder wholehearted living in the now.
