I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in Raleigh, North Carolina and work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in depression, bipolar disorder, OCD. anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
