Our goal in life is to be loved. We are remembered for how we make people feel. My goal as a therapist is to help families, couples and individuals with communication, coping and relationship skills to create a life that is this as loving and connected as possible. I have specialized in substance abuse for years. This has given me insight into abandonment issues, the need to escape to create emotional distance in relationships and how these types of patterns play out in relationships. My strengths are helping people to reconnect to their purpose in life and finding meaning in the relationships in their lives and rebuilding trust.
