I view therapy as a team effort - we'll work together to identify practical tools to support what helps you feel grounded, grow, and handle life's curveballs a little easier. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel supported, and sort through the things that might feel heavy or confusing. My style is honest, warm, and down-to-earth. I believe honesty and compassion can coexist, and your path deserves to be approached with intention, flexibility, and respect. Therapy works best when it feels genuine, not clinical.
