Certain seasons in life can be overwhelming. It is often difficult to reach out to professionals during those times. It is my hope to provide a warm, safe space where you feel comfortable to share your struggles and learn healthy ways of coping. I consider it an honor to partner with you in your personal journey toward true freedom. I have worked in the mental health community as a licensed therapist since 2007. I am experienced in individual, family and marital counseling. My main areas of interest and experience are anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and mood disorders.
