I'm a licensed professional counselor who is also a Christian. I use faith-based principles as well as clinically proven theories to help clients move in a positive direction. I see clients 16 and older who are suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction, marital problems, ADHD, and difficulties with life transitions. I've worked for fortune 500 companies and understand the pressures of corporate life and can help with those struggles. I rely on Cognitive Behavioral techniques as well as Reality Therapy to change negative thought patterns and help develop goal oriented action plans to get you back to living your best life.
