“The challenging birth of my twins, marked by 23 hours of labor and subsequent colic issues that required expensive specialized formula, inspired my career as a DONA-certified postpartum doula and perinatal therapist. Through supporting mothers with breastfeeding, baby schedules, and sleep training, I encountered numerous cases of postpartum depression, prompting me to specialize in helping mothers through various perinatal challenges, including depression, anxiety, high-risk pregnancies, and traumatic births. Helping mothers extended out into all stages of children fostering positive emotional attachments from birth into adulthood
