Hello, my name is Kimberly Alvarez. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 5 years experience. As a therapist, my passion is to support my clients to cultivate healthy long-lasting relationships with themselves and others while remaining authentic and empathic. My belief is that through self-love, boundaries, and awareness we can remove things from our lives that no longer serve us in order to create long lasting positive change. I am a first generation Mexican American, as a bilingual provider, I aspire to dismantle the stigma associated with mental health.
