As a clinician for over 20 years, I embrace an integrative approach to healing. I have extensive experience working with families and individuals across the life span around a host of issues. I am a certified trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapist with a strengths-based, 'person in environment' perspective. I utilize EMDR, ACT, cognitive-behavioral, IFS, dialectical-behavioral and psycho-dynamic approaches to therapy. I also have additional training in Expressive Arts techniques.
