I am a licensed clinical social worker with about 10 years of clinical experience. I would love to tell you more about me if we meet. In short, I am a human like you, a mother, a wife, a Christian who strives every day to live a value-focused life while navigating my own life struggles. I am not “ the expert” . Perhaps with your valuable input and my clinical experience, I can offer you a different perspective to help you navigate your own life struggles. In my practice, I use evidenced-based methods proven by research to be effective in addressing a variety of mental health issues.
