My favorite things about therapy are the exploration of self and patterns, assisting in change, and the uniqueness of it for each individual. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, healing environment where you will be met with empathy and a person-centered approach. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, negative thoughts, trauma, and postpartum. I practice with the belief that everyone has their own strengths and that we can work together to achieve your goals. I also enjoy working with couples on relational, communication, and attachment issues guiding healing and connection.
