I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who seeks to build trust and respect with my clients as we work together to achieve positive change. I have a background in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies which I use to help clients gain insight into their past, understand how it is impacting their present, and empower them to pave their future path. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change and bring authenticity, compassion, humor, curiosity, and acceptance into the therapy room.
