I use a person centered approach. I believe you are the expert of your own experience. Sometimes we need a different perspective to see what is getting in our way. You have the power and strength to move to a more graceful and empowered mindset. Sometime we are just not sure how. My role is to support your efforts with compassion, encouragement, insight and resources. My areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Co-dependency and coping skills for loved ones and families of addiction (current and/or past). I use strong research based techniques to help you find a way to navigate life in a more empowered manner.
