I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating, addictions, anxiety, and depression. I work largely from a cognitive-behavioral framework, helping patients to identify and restructure their thoughts that lead to maladaptive behaviors, in order to engage in healthier and more productive ways.
