I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I work with clients ages 15 and up, offering a warm and supportive space to explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. In my session, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while fostering acceptance and empowering them to live in alignment with their values.
