I work with teens and young adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and supportive; I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I have experience in partial hospitalization programs where I supported individuals struggling with complex mental health concerns. I often use skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build resilience, manage emotions, and strengthen relationships. As a clinical intern at Serenity Counseling and Wellness, I provide affordable counseling while under the supervision of licensed clinicians. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, develop coping strategies, and move toward healing and growth.
