My approach is active and conversational. I offer feedback and collaborate with my clients on setting goals. I want to help empower people to navigate change. I am passionate about using innovative techniques to treat anxiety and trauma including EMDR. I have received specialized training in sex and couples therapy in order to offer people a specific approach to communicating. I enjoy working with individuals and couples helping them to overcome relationship issues as well as sexual issues that may be affecting their quality of life. I have over 10 years experience as a therapist and love the work that I do. I have found now more than ever that people are coming to therapy with a lot of fear and uncertainty. Fear and uncertainty can block people from making changes in their lives. It's hard to make decisions when you're afraid. Fear can also happen when you're getting closer to what you want. My work is to help you discern between the two.
