Welcome! Life can feel heavy, and asking for help isn’t always easy. I support children and adults who feel overwhelmed by emotions, stress, or relationship challenges. I help clients better understand their feelings, improve communication, and build healthy coping skills. I have experience treating anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma symptoms, family conflict, and emotion regulation difficulties. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported. I also offer in-person services for children through PerformCare—feel free to ask about the process.
