I provide a relaxed and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe, supported, and empowered. I believe that building genuine rapport and getting to know each client as a person is an essential part of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful and lasting change. I work with adolescents and individual adults of all ages, and I have extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My clinical background includes work with domestic violence, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, and major life transitions. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.
