I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected and supported. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or carrying stress that has quietly built up over time. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you - it's about helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience and more forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from humanistic and cognitive-behavioral perspectives while always honoring each client's unique story, pace and strengths.
