I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has expertise working with individuals and families dealing with adoption and foster care, anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiving, grief and end of life issues. Sessions will focus on your inherent strengths to help you make true changes in your life. In addition to individuals, I work with families. Families can be supportive but complicated. They are often the core of our world and therefore we and they are worth the effort to invest in.
