Hi there! I want to end the stigma associated with seeking help, especially with black and brown people. I have spent years working with adults, couples, and families- helping people reconnect with themselves and each other using a holistic strength based approach. Healing is about learning more about yourself, your needs, and what support you need with no judgement so that you can build the relationships and life that you want as an individual or as a couple. I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, as well as I hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Louisiana.
