I have been fascinated about human behavior and the way the mind works for the last 25 + years of my life. I started this journey of psychology and wellness to better understand the secrets on how to help build and support a healthy meaningful long life. I continue this voyage hoping to share these insights and trainings with others. I do not take lightly my role as your therapist and I’m dedicated to share as much knowledge and support to my client’s about how to cultivate one’s mental health. Beyond being a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am also a Yoga Teacher, Master Breath Trainer, Coach, and Teacher. The psychological approach will be tailored to your needs while rooted in evidence-based practices and outcomes. My goal is to reach your goals. Therapy with me will be supportive, interactive, stimulating, collaborative, educational, goal oriented, transparent, culturally sensitive, open-minded, critically reflective, challenging, and sometimes even fun.
