So many of us struggle to live according to our values and hold ourselves back from pursuing out best self and I am here to help you along that growth journey. I have a passion for helping people overcome past trauma, confront and change relational issues and grow more fully into their authentic selves. My favorite people to work with are those that are insightful, motivated and willing to put in the work to achieve their goals.
