Would you like your teen or child to learn how to manage difficult feelings or change? Many youth are dealing with depression, stress, and anxiety. I specialize in teaching fun tools to manage negative thoughts/feelings in order to feel more empowered and confident in life! These self awareness skills help your child to enjoy more healthy relationships with family and their peers. Your child will learn how to apply a positive growth mindset perspective that they may use the rest of their lives. I enjoy collaborating with parents and also have vast experience working with adults (and their inner child) to reach their goals too!
