At any stage of life we may need extra support to help get us through. Here at Balance Life Counseling, it is my goal to help you process your concerns and create a healthy balanced life. We will work together to create appropriate goals you want to achieve, and I will guide you through this process in a safe, caring, confidential and understanding environment. As a certified Teacher, School Counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationships & conflicts, self-esteem, self harm, grief and loss, divorce, and life transitions. Also, school issues including 504 plans, IEP's, learning disabilities, college planning, bullying and test anxiety.
